What are collaborators?
Collaborators are external people who are granted access to a specific workspace. They do not need a moodcase account and can only see shared content.
Invitation process
Open the desired workspace.
Click on the 3-dot menu in the top right corner.
Switch to the Collaborators tab.
Enter the email address.
Select the permission (e.g., View only, Client selection, or Download).
Click Invite.
Status after invitation
The invited person receives a Magic Link via email.
Upon the first click, they are prompted to set a password.
They then gain access to the workspace and the projects it contains.
New projects in the workspace appear automatically.
Additional workspaces must be confirmed once.
Security and validity
Magic Links are valid for 15 minutes.
If the link is not used in time, a new one is automatically sent.
Each link can only be used once.
