How It Works
Moodcase has a clear structure:
Personal Account: Just for you, separate from teams.
Team: A shared space where people in a company work together.
Workspaces: Areas inside a team to organize projects.
Folders: Help sort projects into different categories.
Projects: The main place where work happens, holding all files and tasks.
Example
Team: The Agency
Workspaces: Clients, Internal Projects, Marketing
Folders in 'Clients' Workspace: Apple, Swatch, Lindt
Projects: "Product Launch 2025", "Social Media Campaign"
Personal Accounts vs. Teams
Personal Accounts
Great for freelancers or people working alone.
Only you can see your workspaces and projects.
You can still share projects with others by sending a link.
Teams
A place where multiple people can work together.
Everyone in the team has a role (Admin, Editor, Viewer).
Workspaces inside a team help keep things organized.
Main Difference:
Personal Account: Working alone.
Team: Working with others inside shared workspaces.
Moving Between Teams and Workspaces
Switching Teams
If you're part of different teams, you can switch between them easily:
Click on the team you want in the sidebar.
The team name appears at the top to show which one you’re in.
Everything updates to show the workspaces, folders, and projects for that team.
Using Workspaces
Each Workspace is part of a team and keeps projects organized. To open one:
Select your team.
Click on a Workspace.
Inside, you can see all folders and projects.
Keeping Work Organized
Use Workspaces to separate projects by client, team, or department.
Use Folders to group related projects.
Create Projects for specific tasks like campaigns, photoshoots, or product launches.
