Create a share
Open the project and click Share Project at the top right.
On the Share tab, choose whether to share by Email or as a Link. For an email, enter the address and an optional Message.
Under Expiration, set how long the share is valid. The default is Unlimited.
Under Security, you can Protect with Password.
Use the other tabs to set what recipients can do, or choose a Preset at the bottom.
Click Share (email) or Create Link (link).
Set permissions
Use the tabs to set what recipients can do, so team members and clients can get different rights.
Project: access to the project. You can switch on Rate Images, Label Images, Comment Images, Show Exif Information, Edit Metadata, Delete Images, Upload Images, Add Watermark to Previews and Manage Collections one by one.
Client Selection: recipients can make selections. With Show all selections they also see other selections.
Review: recipients can review images. With Mark Comments as Done they can close comments.
Workflow: recipients can use the workflow tool and set the status of images with Change Status.
Download: recipients can download images as Original Images or Resized Images, with Limit to Maximum Size and Add Watermark.
Use presets
Under Preset, choose a set of permissions: View only, Download, Client Selection, Review or Full Access. You can then adjust the permissions in the tabs.
Manage shares
All shares of a project are in the project under Shares, tab Sharelinks. The list shows email, role, share date, expiration, link and status. From the three-dot menu of a share you can Copy Sharelink, Edit the share or Delete it.
Share galleries
A gallery is the presentation view for your clients and is shared through its own link. How that works is described in Creating galleries. What happens when someone opens a share link and how long a session lasts is described in Expiration of share links and access control.
