Search in a project
In the library, click Search at the top and enter part of a filename. moodcase then shows only the assets whose filename contains the term. The x in the search field clears the search.
Filter assets
Click Filter. These filters are shown first:
Color Label and Rating
With Comments and Show incomplete tasks only
Status and Media-Type
Below that you can filter by File-Type, Filename, Keywords and AI Tags. More adds further metadata fields, for example Title, Description, Photographer, City, Country, Copyright and Image License.
Sort
Use Sort to set the order: by Filename, Capture Date or Upload Date, either Ascending or Descending.
Search globally
Click the magnifier icon at the top right to open global search. It searches teams, workspaces, projects, folders and assets.
Use Global to narrow the scope: Search everywhere, Current Team/Account or Current Workspace. Global search only searches custom metadata when Current Team/Account is selected.
Use Add Filter to narrow the results, for example by Color Label, Rating, Workflow-Status or Media-Type.
