A moodcase account can be deleted at any time.
Procedure
Navigate in the app to Settings > Account and select Delete account.
If you have questions, you can use the support chat in the app or contact support@moodcase.io.
Alternatives
You can downgrade your subscription to the free plan. Data and settings are retained without recurring costs.
Notes
Inactive accounts on the free plan are automatically deleted after 6 months.
With manual deletion, the account and all data are permanently removed.
