The MoodCaseAPI.log file is used by support for error analysis. Follow these steps:
Step 1: Delete the file
1. Open Finder: Click the Finder icon in the Dock.
2. Go to folder: Press Cmd + Shift + G and enter the following path:
~/Documents/LrClassicLogs/
3. Delete file: Delete the file MoodCaseAPI.log.
Step 2: Reproduce the error
Open the dialog in moodcase again.
Repeat the action that caused the error.
Step 3: Send the file
Send the newly created file via email to support@moodcase.io.
