This article describes how to download files from the moodcase web app or a gallery to mobile devices and Mac.

A mobile device with internet access and access to the moodcase web app or a gallery.

Open the moodcase web app or gallery on your mobile device.

Select file: Choose the desired image or video in the gallery.

Start download: Click the "Download" button.

Choose option: You can open the file directly or download it.

Save to Photos app: Select "Open" to view the file in the browser. Long-press the file and select "Save to Photos" (or "Save Image") to save it to your camera roll.

Save to Files app: Select "Download" to save the file in your device's download folder or another location in the file system.
