Notification in the Activity Feed.
Additional notification via email.
Notification Digest: A summary of recent events in one email.
Configuration
1. Manage notifications
Under Settings → Notifications, you can activate the relevant categories:
Image downloads
Uploads
Image edits such as labels and ratings
Workflow status
Client selections and comments
The following options are available for each action:
Activity Feed only
Email and Activity Feed
2. Digest function
The Notification Digest bundles notifications. This reduces the number of emails sent.
The option is located at the top of the notification settings.
Activation: Toggle "Use Notification Digest"
Intervals:
Every 15 minutes
Every 30 minutes
Hourly
Daily
Weekly
The digest summarizes the most recent events in a single email.
Example
Usage
For high event volume: Choose a 15-minute or hourly interval.
For a general overview: Set the digest to daily or weekly.
For immediate information: Activate "Email & Feed" for specific actions.
Adjusting the digest
You can deactivate or adjust the frequency at any time in the notification settings.
